All other items may be returned for a complete refund within 30 days of receiving
the product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our
error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Merchandise must be in its original packaging, have not been installed, have not
been damaged and properly packaged for shipping. For your own protection,
please use a shipping service that allows items to be tracked. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number, so please contact us
prior to initiating any return; Airflow Collectibles items are subject to a 20%
restocking fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We currently offer only flat-rate "ground" type shipping through UPS. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Most orders received for in stock merchandise
will be shipped within 3-4 Business Days. Average delivery time is usually 5 to 10 business days. While we try to get your order to you as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for delivery by a specific date. Most products arrive in
under two weeks, unless otherwise specified. We currently only deliver to
customers within the United States. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Pricing and Product Stock
Every effort is made to assure the accuracy and completeness of this website and
its information. However, due to the nature of our business, we must reserve the
right to make adjustments or corrections due to errors or omissions throughout
this website. This includes pricing, shipping, and product description information, changing market conditions, product discontinuance or typographical or
photographic errors. It is possible that items may be in stock when your order is
placed, but out of stock when the order is packaged to send. The quantity you
order may not be available; you will be notified in such cases. Prices and items
are subject to change without prior notice.
